Yes. To build a stage-worthy physique, access to proper equipment is non-negotiable.
➡️ Lifestyle clients may get exceptions — but competitors and guys chasing a stage look need full gym training.
Lifestyle: Noticeable change in ~6 months. Full transformation = 12+ months.
Competitors: Don’t come 16 weeks out expecting miracles. A first-callout physique requires time, patience, and data.
Yes. While I primarily market towards men, I’ve successfully guided women to stage-ready physiques and lifestyle transformations.
I take this seriously. Plans are built around your reality — allergies, intolerances, and cultural restrictions are always respected. No cookie-cutter diets.
Simple and structured:
1. Wake up, use the washroom.
2. Weigh in.
3. Take front/side/back photos (posing for competitors).
4. Upload everything into the Health Hub.
5. I review, adjust, and send a voice note with feedback + next steps.
➡️ Competitors: frequency/detail increases closer to show day.
Lifestyle: Either meal plan (for beginners) or macros (for experienced clients).
Competitors: Meal plans are best — prep = control & precision. Macros possible if flexibility is needed.
No — coaching is fully online.
➡️ Exception: if you’re in Alberta and prepping for a show, in-person posing/final adjustments may be required.
If you’re competing in Alberta, yes. I’ll be backstage to ensure you peak perfectly and aren’t second-guessing in critical moments.
No. While I specialize in stage physiques, I also work with lifestyle clients who want to look like they could step on stage (without actually competing).
➡️ Many coaches disappear after sign-up, hand you cookie-cutter plans, or skip show-day support.
I do the opposite:
You’re not just a number or a paycheck. Your success = my success.
